#Queen Elizabeth

I was the daughter of King Henry the Eighth and Queen Anne Boleyn. I was Queen of England for 45 years. People call it the Elizabethan Age. It was a time of great achievement. Our sailors went around the world and discovered many things. The country became rich. The Elizabethan Age was famous for writers and musicians.

#The Armada

The defeat of the Spanish Armada remains the most glorious event remembered of Elizabeth's reign: the forces of Europe's mightiest Catholic power were confounded by English sea dogs and "Protestant gales."
Spain and England were at daggers drawn almost from the time of Elizabeth's accession, with her rejection of Philip II's proposal of marriage. The two states were ideologically and commercially opposed--England's trade with the Spanish-controlled Netherlands increasingly challenged Philip's colonial empire.

#Shakespeare Quotes

William Shakespeare quotes such as "To be, or not to be" and "O Romeo, Romeo! wherefore art thou Romeo?" form some of literature's most celebrated lines. Other famous Shakespeare quotes such as "I 'll not budge an inch", "We have seen better days" ,"A dish fit for the gods" and the expression it's "Greek to me" have all become catch phrases in modern day speech. Furthermore, other William Shakespeare quotes such as "to thine own self be true" have become widely spoken pearls of wisdom.

BOY'S DREAMS COME TRUE (NEWS)

SUMMARY:

This is the story of Murtaza Ahmadi, a 5 years old Afghan boy who captured the Internet’s heart for customising a plastic bag into Lionel Messi shirt, has had his dreams come true after the footballer sent him the real deal personalised with his signature!
He is from a poor family in Ghazni and unable to afford a real Messi shirt, the 5 years old got creative.
Messi, a goodwill ambassador for UNICEF, sent a package to Murtaza containing his two teams soccer jerseys (Argentina and Barcelona) and a ball, to symbolise a child's right to play.

MY PERSONAL OPINION:

I think that is a great gesture by Messi. The people is very badly by wars.

Some have a lot and the other so little. I hope that all people learn from these gestures.
